We strive for complete customer satisfaction with every car wash service. If you are not satisfied with the quality of service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
Refunds may be available in certain circumstances where service quality does not meet our standards. All refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
In cases where service quality is below standard, we may offer to re-perform the service at no additional cost rather than providing a refund. This allows us to correct any issues and ensure your satisfaction.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as specified at the time of booking.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Vouchers must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
